Bangalore, India, April 1, 2021 — Cytespace has joined global contract research organization Premier Research to offer enhanced clinical development and siterelated services in India. The acquisition will provide biotech and specialty pharma sponsors conducting studies in India with enhanced end-to-end clinical research capabilities, including but not limited to clinical conduct of studies, data management, biostatistics, document management, study start-up, and regulatory operations.
This acquisition integrates Cytespace’s clinical research team into Premier Research’s global clinical development efforts, giving Premier’s customers access to Cytespace’s extensive experience with a strong patient-centric research model in India. The deal also provides customers with support for large-scale, late-phase, and non-interventional global studies where collecting and analyzing substantial amounts of data is critical.
In addition, Cytespace will continue to operate as a Site Services Organization (SSO) under the Cytespace brand offering investigator site services that deliver better efficiency, quality, and patient recruitment to global pharma customers, CROs, and investigators.
